You may roll a Charisma (Persuasion) or Intelligence (Investigation) check (DC 15). On a success, you gain access to 1 rare item or 3 uncommon items at half market value. Failure still nets you 1 uncommon item at regular cost. |
What does it do?
Open up a shop for common goods. Of course you get a discount and you learn about potential good oppurtunities. Vendors are always trying to sell you something, if you give them the time of day.

Oppurtunity in future for growing your store, selling better wares such as uncommon goods, or turning into a specialized store to sell something specific.
